We spent the long weekend taking a road trip.  Downtown Niagara Falls still had some gorgeous autumn colors.  They lined the median that ran the length of the main street.  So pretty!

The American side isn't quite as scenic, but it's a better view of the majesty and intensity of the falls.  There's lots to do on the American side, lots of it at no cost.  And, of course, it doesn't require a passport.

The Canadian side gives a better view from a distance.  The road along the river is called the Niagara Parkway.  It's a nice drive, or stroll, but there isn't much in the way of museums or information.

Niagara Falls!  It does?  Well, let it.
