Just around the corner

The owl is back.  Perhaps Spring is nearer than yesterday's storm led me to believe.

How refreshing.

Lew turns four!

For his birthday, Lew wanted to "go to the feedy-urs during the day".  We saw Tangled.

 When asked what he wanted for his birthday dinner he said, "I think it better be hock dogs."  

Because they're his favorite.

And now he is a "four boy", as he keeps reminding us.

Cookies and cocoa

In the winter I love homes that look cozy and warm.  This sweet home feels that way to me--I can imagine making cookies and drinking hot chocolate here.
